I have been going to H&R for couple of years but I was not too satisfied with their service and they charge ridiculous amount of money for simple stuff so i decide to change my tax preparer this year. I looked around couple of places and found Fractions Tax on IRS website and since they were close to me i decided to give them a call. They made me an appointment and when i went in I was greeted by Ruby. She made me feel welcomed and answered any questions i had and then asked me questions to make sure we were getting everything covered and not missing any deductions. She really spent her time and gave me a lot of insights about tax preparation. Also, my tax return was rejected for efiling because of an issue with my wifes name. She took care of it very smoothly and i doubt someone else would have spent that kind of time on this issue as it was a mistake on our part. Best of all, She charged me less that half of what H&R was charging me and provided me a much better service.

I got referred here by one of my friends who runs a Taxi Business so I decided to give them a try. I usually just have W-2 so i have been filing my tax with turbo tax but last year I went to college and also made some money on stocks so didn't want to mess with the whole tax thing. I gave Fractions Tax Service a try and I have to say I am very pleased. First of all Ruby is really friendly and easy to talk to. I had a bunch of questions and she did not make me feel like I was asking too much. She charged me a reasonable amount and got me most of the money that I spent on college. Also, she gave me some good advise on selling stocks as far as tax is concerned which was great info. Filing my income tax return felt very easy and smooth and I ended up with a huge refund. By the way, I did not have to pay any fees to her. My fees were taken out of my refund and my refund was in my account in about 10 days. Five Stars!!!
